What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Square payments for your convenience. We aim to make payment as easy as possible during your notarization appointment.

What identification do I need for my appointment?

Every signer must present a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID that includes a serial/identifying number and a signature. Acceptable forms of ID in Florida include: Florida Driver’s License or State ID Card, U.S. Passport or Passport Card, Out-of-State Driver’s License or ID Card, U.S. Military ID, U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), Veteran Health Identification Card (issued by the VA), and Foreign Passport (must be stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services).

What IDs are not acceptable?

Birth certificates, Social Security cards, credit cards, student IDs, work badges, or any expired ID (even if it expired yesterday) are not considered valid forms of identification for notarization.

How do I book an appointment for your services?

Booking an appointment is quick and easy!

Option 2 – Call or Text Call or text (386) 479-3853 to schedule your appointment directly. If we're assisting another client, please leave a voicemail and we'll return your call as soon as possible.
Before Your Appointment To help ensure a smooth visit, please have:
Your documents ready (do not sign them until instructed, if the document requires the signature to be witnessed by the notary).
A valid, government-issued photo ID.
All required signers present.
Any required witnesses available, or let us know in advance if you need us to provide witnesses (additional fees may apply).
Appointment Confirmation Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive a confirmation with the date, time, location, and any additional instructions.
